Old information, no longer in use
Please paste the output of
( dmesg | egrep 'bcm43xx: (Chip|Core|Detected)' ; lspci -vn | grep -i 14e4:43 -A1 )
below. If you would, it might help if we were able to contact you, so
you can just enter your email address as the first line or so.
If you have multiple Broadcom devices, please pick out the wireless one from
the lspci lines.
For reference, the input should look like this:
email@address
bcm43xx: Core 0: ID 0x800, rev 0x4, vendor 0x4243, enabled
bcm43xx: Core 1: ID 0x812, rev 0x5, vendor 0x4243, disabled
bcm43xx: Core 2: ID 0x80d, rev 0x2, vendor 0x4243, enabled
bcm43xx: Core 3: ID 0x807, rev 0x2, vendor 0x4243, disabled
bcm43xx: Core 4: ID 0x804, rev 0x9, vendor 0x4243, enabled

If you have less cores, that's fine, but if all bcm43xx lines are missing
data won't be picked up.
