Locking the RadioRegisters

Locking the RadioRegisters is as simple as writing bit 19 (mask 0x80000) in the StatusBitField, then delaying for 10 uSec.

Unlocking the RadioRegisters

To unlock the RadioRegisters, perform a dummy read from MMIO offset 0x3E0, then unset bit 19 in the StatusBitField.
