Set the 802.11 Core to an inactive state

  1. Turn off the interrupts
  2. Turn off the radio

  3. MaskSet sbtmstatelow with mask 0xDFF5FFFF and set with 0xA0000

  4. Delay 1 uSec

  5. MaskSet sbtmstatelow with mask 0xFFF5FFFF and set with 0x80000

  6. Delay 1 uSec
  7. Switch active core to the other 802.11 Core
  8. If this is a G PHY, set bit 0x20000000 in sbtmstatelow
